On Sunday, October 4th, 2009, the DFW community will witness the grand spectacle of the 4th Annual Diwali Mela (I think I can call it 'Annual' now!) organized by DFWICS at the New Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Our plans for this year’s mela include more entertainment for children, expanded cultural activities on the outside stage, longer and louder fireworks, a locally designed and built over 35’ Ravan, to name just a few.
