Food Booth Vendors
Please make sure to go and cash your food coupons from tickets counter at Cotton Bowl Stadium on Monday, November 5th, 2012 between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. This is the only available window we have, please do not go late. Thanks for your support and cooperation.

We have two categories of forms:-
1. FORM A is for Food Booths
2. FORM B is for Non-Food Booths
Form A can be used for all Food Booth participants
a. Setting up a Booth for Profit Restaurants & Caterers Booth Cost is $450
b. Setting up a Booth for Non-Profit Organizations Booth Cost is $375
All food booths require City of Dallas Food Permits to sell their food items. These permits have to be displayed at their booth. DFWICS will help guide in getting the food permits, please contact us prior to getting the permit.
Non-Profit Organizations should enclose proof of 501 (c) (3) / Non-Profit Status to get the reduced cost of food booth.
Form B can be used for all Non-Food Booth participants
a. Setting up a Booth for Profit Businesses Booth Cost is $400
b. Setting up a Booth for Non-Profit Organizations Booth Cost is $325
Non-Profit Organizations should enclose proof of 501 (c) (3) / Non-Profit Status to get the reduced cost of non-food booth.
